The Specialist II, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) supports the ERM program(s) by effectively managing risk in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. In this role, the Specialist II will organize and manage multiple risk processes by leveraging the ERM framework and methodology, while meeting established timelines. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework and processes
  • Serve as a Risk Operations point of contact, supporting and guiding other business units around the Enterprise Risk Management risk processes and risk assessments 
  • Coordinate the distribution of risk assessment document requests and questionnaires and review submitted questionnaires for completeness 
  • Collect and consolidate control monitoring, testing and performance reports for inclusion in reporting 
  • Collect and consolidate business unit KRI, KCI, and KPIs 
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic planning sessions 
  • Assist with managing findings that are issued from risk assessments
  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly reports for various audiences, including senior leadership, risk committees and the board
  • Support other projects including, but not limited to, risk assessments, internal audit requests and policy/process documentation updating 
Experience and Education Requirement:
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in risk management, audit or compliance, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple assignments and deliverables with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demands
  • Ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, establishing credibility and rapport
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to problem solve effectively, with strong critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to professionally handle sensitive documents
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification/License: N/A

Location: Hillsboro Corporate - Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID)

Target Compensation for Hillsboro, OR: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour + annual bonus
